Club Training Program
New Swimmers
- The first session is free (no session fee).
- After 4 weeks the club requires that you register as a club member for insurance and administration purposes (except for AUSSI-registered members from other clubs).
- Please introduce yourself to the coach and sign the sheet before entering the water.
- Registered members of other AUSSI Masters clubs are welcome to train with us!
Club Sessions at MSAC
We now have seven (7) fantastic, coached training sessions per week!
- Melbourne Sports & Aquatic Centre, Albert Park Lake (Google Map / Melway ref.: 2K, D7).
- Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings 6:00-7:30am.
- Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings 6.30-8.00pm.
- Saturday mornings 9:00-10.30am, followed by breakfast at a nearby café.
- Most sessions are in the fantastic new outdoor competition pool*. The water quality and temperature is superb!
- Swimmers must pay their own pool entry.
- The session fee at MSAC is $5.00 per swim (paid to the coach).
- ALL swimmers must pay the coach and sign the session sheet prior to entering the water.
- Registered members of AUSSI Masters Victoria clubs, including Powerpoints, are eligible to purchase 20 MSAC visits (pool entry) at the concession price on presentation of a valid AUSSI membership card!

Club Sessions at Prahran Aquatic Centre
- Note: There are currently no regular club sessions running at Prahran.
- Prahran pool is located in Essex St, Prahran, near the corner of Malvern Road and Chapel Street. (Google Map).
- Do NOT pay pool entry at Prahran. Inform the staff at the desk that you are training with Powerpoints.
- The session fee at Prahran is $10.00.
- ALL swimmers must pay the coach and sign the waiver sheet prior to entering the water.

Sessions with H2O Swimming
- H2O's owner and founder, Anita Kilmier - formerly the head coach of Powerpoints - is a lifetime member of the club.
- H2O offer a range of sessions for adult swimmers, including weekday early mornings, Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
- Most sessions are run at Lauriston Girls' School (Mercer Road, Armadale) during winter and at Prahran Aquatic Centre during summer (from October 1 to April 30); however, venues for specific sessions may vary.
- The cost is $15 per session for a casual swim or purchase an H2O swim card ($110.00 for ten sessions). Please sign the waiver form and pay the coach prior to entering the water.
